Dennis Kobla Dogbe
Started dancing at an early age of 10 with Good News Dance Ensemble which later changed it name to Adam Nabii. Dennis then decided to form his own group in 1996 with the help of some colleagues which brought the formation of this group Dza Nyonmo Dance Ensemble. Dennis has taught schools and groups all over Ghana and also traveled to Dubai in the UAE to perform with Aya African Drum and Dance. Dennis is a drummer and a dancer.

Edward Dogbe Born into a musicians' family, Edward became a dancer at early age. The circumstances pushed him into taking a role of a drummer as well and by the age of 18 he became a lead drummer. As a dancer and drummer, he has been performing with groups Odumankoma and The Good News Dance Ensemble. Edward’s dedication to dancing and drumming led him to become the artistic director and the leader of the Dza Nyonmo. Edward is working as a lead drummer and drum circle facilitator in the United Arab Emirates and has currently moved to the United States of America. |

Christian K. Dogbe
from a family of drummers and dancers, Christian loves the art so he decided to join Dza Nyonmo Dance Ensemble to work as P.R.O and also the media person for the group. His love for the art has helped him to coordinate several local and international festivals for the group.
Michael Yao Ayaman Dogbe
Being a drummer all of his life, Michael have performed with Chiku Awali Dance Company from USA and has appeared as guest artiste with the Ghana National Dance Company during their dance piece "Asipim", choreographed by Francis Nii Yartey. He is now a lead drummer of the Dza Nyonmo, and also teaches drumming in schools in Ghana.
Enyonam Azurey
Enyonam hails from the northern region of Ghana. Dancing has always been a part of her life and her dancing with Dza Nyonmo led to her becoming a female lead dancer.
Harrison Twum Korasare
Dance has always been part of me since birth,Even in nursery school I took part in every Dance activity that goes on,in the year 2004 that was when I decided to take dancing as a profession.I join Dza Nyonmo Dance Ensemble in the year 2008 and that was the biggest achievement as a young dancer.Ever since I have had the opportunity to perform on big platforms like ,the banquet hall,National theatre, British embassy etc .Joy Kids,Alsyd Academy,Start Right are some of the school I teach traditional dance and choreography. I love dancing and it's my life.
Lydia Yaro
Hailing from upper east region of Ghana, Lydia was raised to become a dancer. She joined Dza Nyonmo when she was 15 years old. As a dancer, Lydia participated in many national events and performed as a guest artiste with National Dance Company.
Joshua Kwame Awumey Dogbe
Growing up with drummers and dancers in his family, it was only a natural thing for Joshua to take on drumming as a profession. He performed with Dza Nyonmo at most of the national events such as the CAN 2008, Kidder fest, Yosakoi Unity dance festival.
Francis Agyeman
Francis joined Dza Nyonmo Dance Ensemble in 2009. He is from Kumasi, Ashanti region of Ghana.

Mabel Afi Dogbe
Mabel started dancing when she was 8 years old, with the Odumankoma Akyede Cultural Troupe and later joined New Generation Dance Ensemble. Being with Dza Nyonmo Dance Ensemble since 1997, Mabel holds a position of the Senior Dancer of the group. Mabel gained international experience in Holland, performing and teaching with Dromo Dance Ensemble.
Asante Jafar
Although Asante sees drumming as his destiny, he also dances and teaches both drumming and dancing in schools in Ghana. Hailing from Ashanti region of Ghana, he contributes to a variety of the traditions Dza Nyonmo Ensabmle is striving to represent. Besides performing with Dza Nyonmo, Asante took part in dance piece Yaa Asantewaa, choreographed by master drummer Jerry Dzokoto.
Mabel Ahoefa Adjogu
As a young dancer from Volta region, Mabel started dancing with Odumankoma Akyede cultural troupe. Upon the troupe's collapse, she joined Dza Nyonmo and performed on national events and at the opening ceremony of African Cup of Nations in Ghana.
Churchill Sefakor Attipoe
Drumming since 1989, Churchill performed with New Generation Cultural Group at festivals and traditional gatherings. Joining the National Theatre of Ghana and their group Indigenous Africa brought him to perform at international festivals in Germany at several occasions. Besides national tours throughout Ghana, Churchill performed at the concerts of National Theatre, Ghana National Music Awards Ceremonies, State Ceremonies and annual Children Festivals .
Kojo Ntiamoah
Kojo was working as a drummer in Europe, traveling to different countries, from Denmark to UK. He joined Dza Nyonmo in 2010.
